Below is the schedule for each team’s Paperwork Practice. We need to accomplish certain important tasks at this practice and it is imperative that at least one parent be in attendance AT THE BEGINNING OF PRACTICE. A representative from Fencor will be there to help facilitate these tasks.

1. All the information necessary to generate National AAU cards & rosters and Mid-Atlantic rosters will be checked for accuracy.

2. * Birth Certificates - Any player that is new to Fencor MUST bring a copy of the player’s Birth Certificate. We should have a Birth Certificate on file for any ‘old’ Fencor player.

3. * School Report Card - This is the time to make sure that all players on each team have handed in a copy of her report card indicating the player’s grade.

4. * Uniform Orders. Completed Uniform Order Form along with a check. All checks are to be made out to ‘Fencor AAU’.

5. Uniform numbers are to be selected. A player who had a Fencor uniform number last year takes precedence over a new player’s request. In case of a situation where both players had the same number last year, a decision will be made between the two parties and, if necessary a flip of the coin will decide.

6. * Fencor Pride Packs and Spirit Wear orders. Sample sizes will be at the Paperwork Practice. THE SAME CHECK can be used for ALL Orders.

7. Team Managers. This practice is a good time for the parents to agree on one or more Team Managers. This person(s) is the coordinator for team duties.

8. Paperwork 'Practice' - The coach would like to get as much actual practice time in as possible. The more organized each parent is the more quickly we can finish and the less disruption there will be.
