1. Forms for National and Mid-Atlantic AAU MUST be signed by a parent. At least one parent MUST be in attendance. These forms are for insurance, participation in tournaments and issuance of AAU cards. Since Fencor is the largest AAU club, we really are under the gun to get our paperwork completed asap!
2. Birth Certificates- Any player that did NOT play for Fencor must bring a COPY (originals not accepted) of her birth certificate. "Old" Fencor players should have a copy on file.
3. Any player who needs a uniform - or parts thereof - should order it at this practice. There will be sample sizes of the uniforms at practice. The cost per uniform is $94.00. The cost per piece is $25 for uniform tops and $22 for uniform shorts of either color. Please bring a check to the Paperwork Practice made out to: Fencor AAU. Checks can be combined amounts for uniforms and Fencor Gear which should also be ordered then
4. Team Manager- This is a good time for a parents' meeting and deciding on a Team Manager.
5. Practice- The Coaches would like to have as full a practice as possible. The more organized the parents are in getting these tasks accomplished, the more practice time available.

There will be someone from Fencor at the practice to help facilitate.
